Cancellation Policy
Any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will be charged a 20% cancellation fee.
Do not use retinol, AHA/BHAs, scrubs, or any other exfoliants 72hrs prior to your appointment. If your appointment needs to be cancelled due to these contraindications you will be charged the 20% fee.
Out of hours appointments are available upon request for an additional fee.
